Others have collected more audio information about the film and the show than we'll ever be able to, so consider this a roadmap.

Portal-Specific Content

Here is where we will have portal-specific content

One of the cool things about Rocky's music is that the songs were added organically to the production - songs such as "The Time Warp" and "Toucha Toucha Touch Me" were not part of the original script.

Accordingly to the exceptionally-researched book "Cosmic Light," the play originally included the following songs:

  • Sweet Transvestite
  • There's a Light
  • Tribute to Charles Atlas
  • Once in a While
  • Sword of Damocles
  • Wise Up Janet Weiss

"Superheroes" appeared in Richard's notes but doesn't appear to have been fleshed out; "Science Fiction Double Feature," the song that sold the play, was added shortly after.

Patricia Quinn states in an interview (http://www.outinperth.com/index.php/screen/film/magenta-forever):

"‘Rocky Horror was being made while we were rehearsing’, recounts Quinn, ‘It was like “Bring in another song Richard, it’s too short.” Touch a Touch Me came in overnight....He [Richard O’Brien] and Richard Hartley had done it the night before and brought it in…Eddie’s Teddy came in the next day. Because the show was too short, when people don’t talk to it and there’s no interval the show’s one hour, one hour twenty minutes, but when people talk to it, it goes forever.’"
